Job Title: Billing Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
Hours of Work: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday
Location: 27402 72nd Ave S Kent, WA 98032
Job Summary:
Alaskan Copper is seeking a motivated Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will have an emphasis on maintaining accurate billing and inventory costs. The Billing Specialist reports to the Accounting Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organization skills and be able to manage a variety of duties and priorities. They will exhibit a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong passion for delivering results.
Requirements To Be Considered For Position:

Required Essential Skills/Experience:
1. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
2. 1+ years of experience in data entry.
3. General knowledge of order, distribution and inventory processes.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
6. General Educational Development (GED) or high school diploma is required.
Required Essential Job Functions/Duties:
1. Support monthly billing processes for internal and external customers.
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of various documents, including intercompany sales registers, credit memos, worksheets, and invoices for shipments.
3. Strong attention to detail for accuracy of data entry, sales tax codes, and inventory cost.
4. Collaborates with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.
5. Support for projects and ad hoc duties as requested.
