Description Robert Half is hiring for a full-time employee and looking for a Billing Analyst with 2+ years of experience to work in legal, engineering and government contracts. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and applying special billing requirements for multiple businesses. The Billing Analyst will also manage the overall billing cycle, ensuring that all billing activities are completed accurately and on time. Essential Job Functions: + Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices according to customer contracts and guidelines. + Work closely with team members to enhance and improve billing processes. + Assist in the development and implementation of new billing systems and procedures. + Communicate effectively with clients to guarantee their billing needs are met. + Keep track of billing issues and resolve these effectively. + Analyze and report on billing trends and provide suitable recommendations. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: + 2+ years experience in Billing Analyst role or similar position. + Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. + Experience with legal, engineering, or government contracts preferred.
