Summary: To accurately maintain inventory records and record profit from sale of vehicles
Pay Range: $17- $18/hr (based on experience level and job performance).
Schedule: Full Time, morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Maintain inventory schedulesRecords profit from sale of vehiclesRecords salesperson commissionVerify and ensure prompt payment of factory incentivesPost all incentive paymentsPost all retail, loaner, and fleet deals, & add to deal log, correct deal logReceipt daily ACH contract fundingsFloor plan payoffsBalance gross profit with manager’s monthly front endChallenge and apply for all old incentives not paidTrade Payoff Checks – Ensure Timely Receipt of Trade TitlesFirst Look Water ReportAssist Bank with Floor Plan AuditsBuild relationships and communication with dealership personnel, accounting managers, and HAG.Maintain the following Schedules: Contracts in Transit Schedule, We Owe Schedule, Incentives Schedule, Trade Pay off Schedule, Lien Pay off Schedule Inventory Reconciliation ScheduleMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Company’s Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:

Previous Accounting experience in a high volume environment desired. Strong organizational skills required.
Certificates and Licenses:
o Valid Driver’s License
o Automobile Salesperson License
Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
Communication Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and company personnel.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel.
Environment Demands:
Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with vendors, managers and employees.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
