Job Description: As a Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Receivable department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the billing process accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments from our clients. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. • Strong proficiency in Mathematics required. • Minimum of 2-3 years of billing or relevant experience, preferably within the construction/service industry. • Familiarity with AIA and construction billing requirements. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a collaborative approach. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. • Sedona Software experience a plus.
