Latitude is looking for a Billing Specialist to help one of our clients in Alabama. We are looking for a person willing to go on-site, work hard, and who has experience in a legal setting or accounting setting.
Responsibilities:·        Manage billing process ·        Maintain billing records·        Accurate and timely billing of clients·        Work with accounting team to ensure accuracy of invoices·        Provide billing support internally and externally as needed - Maintain billing records and documentation- Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications:·        3+ years of experience in billing or e-billing·        Experience with a law firm or accounting firm ·        Ability to work independently or as part of a team·        Proficient in Microsoft office
