ResponsibilitiesProcess and Approve RFR’s
Process and Mail Checks
Review Data including processing correction notices and late billing
Knowledge of 1099 annual process
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain regional portion of statewide waitlist , being current with all policy guidelines
Associate's degree preferred.
Billing experience and competence with numbers required. Knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, access, and Quick Books Pro required.
Ability to work independently and to multitask.
Attention to detail required.
Familiarity with human service programs or subsidized child care programs preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive required.
