Beacon Hill is currently seeking a Billing Specialist for its Clayton, MO location. We are seeking someone who's ready to dive into the details and keep our finance team running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

Manage client billings and keep our budget reports on point.Be a go-to partner for our account team, making sure client budgets and billing are smooth sailing.Keep an eye on aged receivables, following up on overdue invoices like a pro.Verify, reconcile, and process accounts payable invoices to keep us in good standing with our vendors.Help with our bi-monthly check run and make sure our vendors are all set up with accurate paperwork.Reconcile vendor Purchase Orders each month to keep our records solid.

Requirements

2+ years' experience in a related field.A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (a plus, but not required).Experience within an Ad agency is a huge plus. F20252-JKC_1733934098 To Apply for this Job Click Here
