Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Daily reconciliation and posting of work orders and charge slipsDaily preparation and distribution of revenue trend reportMonthly billing and reconciliation of municipal accountsAuditing customer accounts and reviewing error reportsPreparing customer account adjustmentsPreparing customer refund requestsCommunicating with customers regarding billing mattersSpecial projects as assigned

Ideal Candidates will have:

2+ years previous billing and/or accounting experience.Proficiency in MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to use logic and reasoning to accomplish tasks, analyze data, and propose solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, set priorities, plan ahead, and meet deadlines.An initiative to learn and a great work ethic.
