Job Description

Assist the Controller with entry-level accounting, pharmacy billing, and data entry. This role can progress into an Accounts Receivable (AR) position.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Controller with entry-level accounting tasks.Handle pharmacy billing and data entry.Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interpersonal skills.Perform accounts receivable tasks, including reconciliations and month-end procedures.Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks.Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Self-motivate and independently think through tasks.Essential SkillsAccounting skillsAccounts receivable experienceBilling and customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelData entry skillsAttention to detailProfessionalism in the workplaceSelf-motivationAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrior pharmacy or medical billing experienceExperience with reconciliations, month-end procedures, and bookkeepingHigh School Diploma required; Associates in Accounting or Business preferredWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
