Title: Billing Specialist Location: NW Houston Type: Direct Hire An energy client of ours is looking to hire a Billing Specialist! Responsibilities: + Collect billing info from field locations and ensure accuracy. + Verify customer contract requirements before invoicing. + Ensure third-party support accompanies invoices. + Create billing templates using Coretrac system. + Send invoices to clients via mail or EDI. + Prepare monthly billing summary and process delivery tickets. + Provide customer service, administrative, billing, and data entry support. + Collaborate with collections team to resolve invoice issues. + Address disputes by communicating with clients, sales, and operations. + Process credit memos, cash advances, and credit card payments as needed. Qualifications: + Strong customer service skills with attention to detail. + Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. + 3+ years of clerical, data entry, and billing/accounts payable experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Targeting- $50-60k Please apply today if you are qualified!
