Description Great full time Billing Specialist opportunity available with our Nassau County client. If you have a well-rounded billing background and are looking to join a company with a stable and long-term team, this might be the right role for you! The primary functions of this role are to ensure efficient and accurate billing is maintained and to verify that the proper electronic "paper-trail" for all inventory and billing matters is adhered to, for all customer accounts. Responsibilities: • review of sales orders to ensure alignment with purchase orders • ensuring the Bill of Lading matches the shipment of products • verifying the correctness of accruals in the order by cross-checking with the master accrual list • review and reconciliation of all paperwork to ensure proper documents are in order • accessing and updating customer portals • maintaining an orderly and organized electronic filing system Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of Billing experience • Proficiency in using CRM systems • Experience with Purchase Orders & Bills of Lading • Competence in managing Supply Inventory • Hands-on experience with Accruals • Proficient in EDI - Electronic Data Interchange Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
