In this role, there is the opportunity to - + Verify insurance benefits through online systems or telephone with payors and subscribers. + Review and update demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate claims and statements. + Enter payments and correct errors to maintain accurate billing data. + Validate successful transmission of claims to insurance carriers and intermediaries. + Generate and review patient bills for accuracy according to established procedures. + Address patient inquiries and resolve complex billing issues with care and efficiency. + Follow up on claim denials from rejection reports to ensure timely resolution.
