Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Billing Specialist with over 3 years of experience, preferably with Deltek Vision experience. The ideal candidate will come from an architecture or engineering firm background. You will be responsible for preparing lump-sum/bill-by-phase and hourly billing, working directly with Project Managers to ensure accurate billing, and collaborating with clients to upload invoices into third-party portal systems.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare lump-sum, bill-by-phase, and hourly billing.Work directly with Project Managers to ensure accurate billing.Collaborate with clients to upload invoices into third-party portal systems.Run reports in Deltek Vision for Clients and Project Managers, including profitability reports and labor details.Handle accounts receivable and collection processes.Manage accounts payable as needed.Essential Skills3+ years of billing experience.Proficiency with Deltek Vision software.Experience in architecture or engineering firms.Strong invoicing and billing skills.Ability to run detailed reports.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with accounts receivable and collections.Knowledge of accounts payable processes.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, with a staff of over 210 employees across three locations (NYC/LI, Boston, Orlando). The company operates multiple studios including Commercial, Workplace, Retail, Banking, and Healthcare. The work attire is business casual. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
