Billing Specialist I – Women’s Care - Days, Full-Time Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is looking for top skilled Billing Specialist I   Work location:  1615 Hospital Parkway, Suite 100, Bedford, TX 76022 Work hours:  Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p   Women’s Care Department Highlights: Strong teamwork and collaboration Fast-paced, high volume inbound/outbound calls Compassion and empathy to our patients and the Team Join an innovative team working towards making healthcare more accessible, integrated, and reliable Here’s What You Need High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Healthcare experience (preferred) Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Demonstrate effective customer service and communication skills Proficient computer skills Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism   What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Billing Specialist I process Coordinate copies of medical documentation with physician charges to support billing to third-party payers. File and enter billing for patients into system and analyzes patient accounts to ensure billing is accurate. Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems, handling follow-up questions from patients, resolving discrepancies or errors. Review medical coding as necessary and enters patient charges into billing applications.
