Billing Specialist I

On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will:
- internally and externally communicate with quality and service for their clients
- resolve open tasks, making sure all tasks are cared for immediately
- informing the correct people and branches to ensure proper resolution
- continuously learn the internal technologies used on a daily basis
- communicate internally to find the proper party for necessary fixes of order prevention
- communicate with transportation teams to obtain necessary billing documentation
- continuously improve current billing cycle
