In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for our childcare centers.\n

Key Interactions: As a Billing Specialist, you will interact daily with parents, School Directors, and Assistant Directors.\n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\n\nReview and analyze reports from center management for accuracy, and compile data into spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.\nAssist center and district managers in utilizing processes, procedures, and software effectively.\nAdjust billed accounts as needed due to rate changes, credits, or billing errors.\nDevelop strong relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staff.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information.\nMaintain high-quality standards in service for both internal and external customers.\nEnsure all operations activities align with the values and mission of Children of America.\nDemonstrate passion for COA's mission and promote its philosophy, values, and goals to both internal and external stakeholders.\nHandle billing for accounts across centers and manage documentation and collections from government agencies.\nAnalyze invoices and reports for accuracy and submit monthly children's attendance and invoices to the appropriate agencies.\n\n
