Billing Supervisor
**Job Summary** Responsible for coverage of Biller workflow, tracking, and reporting claim trends. Provides instruction to billers regarding payer billing guidelines and billing system updates. Promotes support and guidance to billing team members through coaching and team building. **Essential Functions** + Completes SSI Reporting daily. + Schedules and conducts team meetings. + Creates and tests Billing Rule evaluations. + Completes new transition/acquisition gap analysis. + Conducts monthly rounding. + Provides continued education (workshops, classroom learning, monthly CPC education). + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + H.S.
