We have a great opportunity for a Billing Suport Coordinator to join our growing company!

 

The Billing Support Coordinator is responsible for administering audits and reconciliation of private payments and state subsidy programs. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure compliance, eligibility, and timely processing of payments. The role involves reviewing and verifying subsidy documentation and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Billing Support Coordinator II may provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding subsidy program requirements and assist in resolving any issues or inquiries.

Responsibilities

·       Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing subsidy programs, including eligibility criteria and reporting requirements.

·       Provide guidance and training to staff members and participating early childhood education providers on subsidy program policies, procedures, and best practices.

·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, analyzing data, and generating reports.  Conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure the

integrity and effectiveness of subsidy program operations.

·        Processing and applying payments using the payment application, CCMS. Address and resolve issues related to subsidy applications, payments, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.

·       Inputs the appropriate data, monitors and balances the subsidy billing process in each of the schools assigned.

·       Creates Billing Plans for each new child that enrolls in the school.

·       Audits the attendance, billing and tracking practices in each assigned school.

·        Ensures timely and accurate billing cycles (identify when schools have not received or billed for payment)

·       Tracks, audits and balances tuition changes per child and ensures updates are made each month.

·        Identify errors and adjust accounts as needed.
