Billing Coordinator

System One is actively seeking a Billing Work Order Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in St. Paul, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a respected client in the utilities sector!

Important Details:

12-month contract opportunity

Pay rate up to $35/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Work schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

This position will be working a hybrid schedule: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote.

Weekly pay

Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)

401k after 30 days

Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check

 
Billing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Billing is high volume work, repetitive high-volume work daily.

Weekly vendor meetings.

 Research work orders and PO errors.

Up to 100 entries daily depending on the workload.

 Communications with job runners, PMs, Coordinators, and Operations Managers.

PO and work order resolution.

Billing Coordinator Requirements:

Requires good Excel spreadsheet knowledge, Microsoft 365 Office

Must have experience with work order and PO through SAP.

Customer service experience, dealing with people on a day-to-day basis.
