Bim Coordinator
Job Title: BIM CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the 3D coordination and conversion of ductwork in Revit, ensuring seamless integration with other trades. This role requires active participation in coordination meetings and collaboration with other trade coordinators using Navisworks. Additionally, the HVAC BIM Coordinator will produce detailed shop drawings and provide support to the field team during installation.

ResponsibilitiesHandle 3D coordination and conversion of ductwork in Revit.Participate in coordination meetings with other trade coordinators.Collaborate with other trades using Navisworks.Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings.Work closely with the field team to support installation processes.Essential Skills3+ years of professional experience in HVAC BIM Coordination or Revit design.Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork design.Experience in coordinating with multiple engineering and architectural disciplines.Proficiency in Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and HVAC design.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of the basics of installation, as this role works closely with the installation team.Experience in ductwork design for specific project types such as cold storage and warehouses.Ability to contribute to other team areas such as plumbing design or operations knowledge.Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with a blend of office and remote work opportunities. You will have your own cubicle space within the BIM team area, surrounded by a collaborative group of professionals. The team includes a hydronics designer, an HVAC designer, a plumbing designer, and two remote team members. There is potential for an office space in the future. The company promotes a relaxed policy on work-from-home and flexible hours, with most team members working in the office but having 1-3 days of remote flexibility. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27
