Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BIM Technician with 5-10 years of experience in hospitality projects, particularly in international settings, ideally in the Middle East. The ideal candidate must have expert-level proficiency in Revit.
The role involves transferring and developing smaller models and details into a large master model in Revit for a hotel project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on interiors such as model rooms, guest rooms, and amenity spaces. The candidate will collaborate with a principal, project manager, and 2-3 junior designers. Detailed schematic design is completed, and it will take at least 6 months to assemble the completed detailed model. The individual should also be able to troubleshoot for other designers.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00
