Job Title: BIM Designer

Job Description

This position is an 8-week contract located in downtown Chicago (The Loop). The project requires an on-site presence for the entirety of the project duration. The project involves a 5-story build-out at Chase Tower, focusing on electrical modeling of lighting and conduits for cubicle walls, lighting fixtures, meeting rooms, and access points. The individual will be expected to communicate and coordinate with Project Managers on-site.

The role is on-site in downtown Chicago for the entirety of the 8-week project. The work involves supporting a tenant build-out project. The company provides a wide range of commercial electrical construction, maintenance, repair, retrofit, voice/data, and network and structured cabling services within the Chicago metropolitan area. The BIM team consists of five members. The company has a long history of working on commercial, light industrial, data center, hospital, and high-rise projects, with a significant focus on data center projects for 2024.post
