JR56026 BIM Engineer/Space Management Engineer , Fac-(Location:Tainan)

• Develop a BIM Execution Plan with partners according to Micron standards, ensuring that the BIM standards and processes defined in the BIM Execution Plan are implemented, maintained, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and share the model and folder structure in the Common Data Environment (CDE) as defined in the BEP/Micron standards.
• Participate in BIM 3D and 2D drawing coordination meetings to coordinate and resolve model issues and conflicts, including design phase and construction feasibility reviews, and arrange coordination sequences according to the project schedule.
• Ensure that contractors’ construction drawings are completed based on the integrated and coordinated 3D model and that they use the integrated and coordinated BIM model to prepare work procedures with subcontractors.
• Conduct regular QA/QC site inspections to ensure that on-site installations match the 3D model.
• Assist in maintaining design, construction, and as-built drawings completed in Revit.
• Assist in 3D scanning verification plans to ensure that the model is updated to as-built conditions.
• Ensure that facility management data (LOD500) is input throughout the construction process and that BIM modeling and data updates are performed during the operation and maintenance phase.
• Ensure the accuracy of as-built construction and design to allow subsequent users (e.g., tool install teams) to start design work as early as possible.
• Ability to integrate and create drawings for systems such as plumbing, gas, fire protection, HVAC, and clean rooms.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit 3D views, Navisworks clash detection, and on-site spatial coordination.
• Skills in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD are preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor facility piping system design or on-site construction and experience using 2D and BIM 3D related software for drawing review and spatial coordination is preferred.
• Support global company missions and necessary business trips.
• Experience in engineering drawing management is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate in English are preferred.
