Your work environment at EXP

 

In this role as a BIM Coordinator, with a heavy focus on Revit deliverables and Autodesk ACC. This role is within the EXP BIM and Digital Delivery group, which is a team that  provides high level support for all BIM related software, projects and innovation. This position can be located anywhere in the US.

 

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Expert in Revit for multiple years, with ability to create content or templates. Advanced knowledge of Autodesk ACC and next gen tools. Working experience with various BIM authoring tools, such as Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Civil3D, or others. Working knowledge in model coordination using tools such as Navisworks, iTWin, Revizto, or Model Coordination on ACC.

 

What your experience looks like

Understanding of Digital Delivery and the ISO19650 framework. Experience with VR/AR/MR and multi-user collaboration. Experience with delivery of large infrastructure projects involving many disciplines. Any experience with Dynamo, PiRevit, PowerBi or other dev tools. 5+ years of experience Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing Working knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills Well-organized and reliable with an analytical mind with strong business acumen Customer-oriented approach

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
