BIM Manager

Our client is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM efforts within our Mechanical Engineering department. The primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the development and management of Revit models for a wide variety of project types, ensuring accuracy and consistency across MEP systems.

Qualifications:

Proficient with Revit MEPProficient with AutoCAD, Word, ExcelFamiliarity with Outlook and FTP softwareAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlinesWork well individually and in a team environmentComplete work in an efficient and accurate mannerClassify and file engineering drawingsPerform other duties as assignedMaintain a positive attitude and good public relations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Projects: ME Engineers work on a wide variety of projects all over the world. Most Engineers will have the opportunity to work on many different project types. Some of these project types include: Sports Facilities, Theaters, Convention Centers, Hospitals, Laboratories, Office Buildings, Municipal Facilities, multifamily and more. Initially this person will likely be working on local projects and long term could work on larger scale national or global projects.

They have systems that are intriguing to Engineers that might feel \"bored\" with the simple systems that they are working on.
