Job Title: BIM Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will prepare all work in accordance with approved office processes, formats, and standards while working on various engineering tasks under the direction of our engineering staff. You will utilize CAD and BIM to prepare required documents and develop presentations using Revit and other 3D modeling platforms. You will also manage projects efficiently, communicate and coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers, and lead project meetings.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare ALL work in accordance with approved office processes, formats and standardsWork on assigned tasks, under direction of engineering staff, performing, as appropriate, engineering analyses and calculationsWork under direction of engineering staff, preparing required documents in CAD or BIMWork on prospects for sales developing presentations using Revit, Tekla or other 3D modeling platformsManage projects efficiently, communicating and coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, etc..Patriate and lead project meetingsManage other staff members, as required, when assigned as a Task LeaderParticipate in external/in-house seminars and training activities/sessionsParticipate in the development of in-house processes, checklists and standardsPerform other duties as assignedEssential SkillsBIM modeling experience on precast projects.Ability to model projects in CAD and BIM independently.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling platforms.Project management skills.Structural design and coordination experience.Experience in preparing shop drawings and construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsJunior College Associate's Degree, Technical College Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, Industrial, or Structural Engineering.5+ years of relevant professional work experience.Ability to manage projects independently and communicate/coordinate with clients.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00
