Job Title: BIM Specialist Job Description Actalent is seeking a BIM Specialist with 4 plus years experience at an MEP firm. This candidate will need to be able to design Mechanical and Electrical building components in BIM, Revit, Navisworks and run Clash Detections. Our client doesn't just need someone who can run a clash detection and coordinate with other departments, but someone who can find the issues and fix them. Our client has been around for over 50 years and works on a variety of projects including museums, institutional, government, laboratories and higher education. This role will also involve coordinating with architects and occasional site visits. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associates Degree or certificate in Computer Aided-Design (CAD) or a related field 4+ years of experience using BIM within the MEP industry BIM experience within building design or MEP industry Revit experience within MEP Navisworks experience required Clash Detection experience required Commercial or government experience required Single family residential experience is not transferrable Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Work Environment This is a 100% in-office role offering flexible start times between 7am and 9am. Consistency in your chosen start time is required.
