Job Description

Candidates will be working with Engineers and Project Managers to draft Revit models for construction projects. The role involves designing and drawing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical models to be built in the field.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to draft Revit models for construction projects.Design and draw HVAC, plumbing, and electrical models using Revit.Ensure the accuracy and quality of the Revit models.Update and modify Revit models as necessary.Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.Essential SkillsProficiency in RevitExperience with Revit MEPKnowledge of plumbing designExperience in HVAC designAbility to create construction modelsDegree in a relevant field or 3 years of experience in RevitAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Revit architectureAssociates or Bachelor in Architecture Work Environment

Candidates will be working in a collaborative environment with Engineers and Project Managers. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines. The work will primarily involve using Revit software to design and draw models for construction projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
