Your Opportunity: Wilmer, a Taylor Company is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team in Coldwater, OH.

Your Responsibilities:

Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.Visually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday 7am- 3pm

You Must Have:

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerancesGood math and measuring skillsHigh degree of mechanical abilityGood reading ability.

Requirements Within This Position:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

 We Would Also Prefer:

High degree of analytical skills1+ years manufacturing experience
