**Hiring experienced Bindery Operators to join our team!** Will perform set ups and operation of equipment such bindery, folder, printer, or cutter machinery. This is $22-$32/hr based on experience with weekly pay and benefits. There is 1 opening on 2nd shift 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday and 1 opening on 3rd Shift 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday. Immediately interviewing and hiring! **APPLY HERE TO BE FURTHER CONSIDERED** **Job Description:** The Bindery Operator will be responsible for setting up and running jobs on various bindery machines, ensuring that all materials meet customer specifications and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** + Set up and run jobs on bindery equipment. + Ensure materials are accurate and consistent with customer specifications. + Run jobs after approval, maintaining quality and sequence. + Perform regular quality checks using measurements to ensure proper application of customer job specifications. + Operate various bindery machines including folder, cutter, and mail inserter. **Skills & Qualifications:** + Previous bindery machine operating experience in the printing industry. + Experience with die-cutting and scoring equipment + Experience with saddle binding, collating, scoring, folding, and trimming. + Understanding of measurements and application of a ruler for quality checks. + Experience in custom finishing preferred, but strong machine operating or printing experience is acceptable. + Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. + High school diploma or GED. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a nice working environment in a state-of-the-art facility.
