Summary:

Responsible for selling Bingo cards, calling the game, floor verifications, and payouts. Assist customers in learning to play Bingo by providing information and instructions.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Sell Bingo cards and mobile units to customers and account for funds Circulate throughout the Bingo room and help players as necessary Drop and activate the blower, clearly and distinctly calling out the letter and number of each ball as it is drawn  Place the balls on camera pedestal so the letters and numbers are displayed on the monitors Pick up mobile units and return them to their respective slots Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Perform other duties as assigned
