The Altin lab develops and applies innovative proteomic assays to study the adaptive immune response, with applications in the study of infectious disease and cancer. In collaboration with the Lahouel lab, we are developing a series of new projects that integrate recent advances in deep-learning for structural biology (AlphaFold and generative approaches). We are seeking a bioinformatician to drive this cutting-edge work.
