DescriptionThe Bioinformatics Programmer II provides support with work involving computational theory into practice and has in-depth understanding of IT related diverse research application areas. You will need to utilize computational, computer science, data science, and CI software research and development principles with relevant scientific knowledge, along with professional programming concepts for research projects. You will conduct a variety of computational, data science, and CI research tools and components. The Bioinformatics Programmer II performs research on current and future HPC, data, and CI technologies, hardware and software. You will also work on algorithm development, optimization, programming, and computer science research.
