Bachelors/Masters in Bioinformatics or related discipline. 5+ years of work experience. Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms). Experience in Perl/Python scripting. Experience in Unix/Linux environment. Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC. Excellent communication skills to communicate with multiple department managers.
