This role involves studying plant growth under varying environmental and physical conditions, implementing standard cultivation practices, and ensuring optimal plant health. The position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work under general supervision while exercising independent judgment and creativity. **Key Responsibilities:** + Cultivate and maintain **row crops** (canola, corn, cotton, soybeans) in **controlled environments** . + Perform daily **sowing, transplanting, plant care, harvesting, and seed processing** tasks. + Ensure proper **cleaning, discarding, and sanitization** of greenhouse and equipment. + Monitor and adjust environmental conditions to optimize plant growth. + Follow established **SOPs and regulatory compliance** for greenhouse operations. + Work efficiently in **elevated temperatures** during warmer months. + Maintain accurate **records of plant growth and environmental conditions** . **Qualifications:** + **Preferred:** Experience in **controlled environment agriculture** or commercial greenhouse operations. + **Required:** Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods. **Education:** + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in **Agronomy, Biology, Horticulture, or other Life Sciences** . **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.40 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
