Biology Lab Technician - Part-Time Job Description We are seeking a part-time laboratory technician to support our new cytotoxicity laboratory in the biocompatibility/toxicology department within wound closure and healing R&D. Responsibilities + Prepare and run samples for ISO testing in the laboratory. + Utilize aseptic techniques and general laboratory skills such as pipetting, cell culture, and cell counting. Essential Skills + Bachelor's level degree in Biology, Microbiology, Cellular Biology or related field in life sciences. + 0-2 years of hands-on laboratory experience with general laboratory skills (e.g., aseptic technique, pipetting, cell culture, cell counting). + Proficiency in testing per ISO standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is a laboratory setting, requiring 4 hours of work per day, 5 days a week. Some flexibility in hours may be necessary.
