We are looking for a talented and motivated Biomanufacturing Knowledge and Training Lead to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :

As a Knowledge and Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in launching our biomanufacturing plant. Your mission is to increase staff knowledge and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations.

You will develop and deliver the plant’s knowledge management strategy, manage training plans, and ensure efficient operations.

Additionally, you will oversee trainers, ensuring they are effective and well-equipped with innovative training materials.  

 

You will work with :

You will join a motivated, dynamic and versatile team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, engineering, commissioning and validation, automation, logistic and operational excellence teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

 

Your activities :

Define and implement knowledge management and skills development strategiesCreate engaging Good Manufacturing Practices training contentManage and develop a team of experienced trainersInnovate training methods and materialsPrepare for audits and quality meetingsTrack and analyze training-related KPIsConduct gap/risk analysis and lead improvement projectsDefine onboarding processesResolve training-related deviations and change controlsDevelop and maintain training matricesOrganize training schedules and maintain recordsAssess training needs and develop targeted programsConduct regular training sessions and follow-upsAdminister the electronic systemImplement onboarding processes for new hiresDevelop coaching strategies to support operationsProvide coaching and foster learning culturePerform regular Gemba walks to reinforce best practicesAct as a mentor and single point of contact for staffOversee training document managementEnsure adherence to good documentation practices

 

Interested ? For this position, you must have the following training, experience and skills :

Master’s degree in sciencesMinimum 5 years in a regulated pharmaceutical companyExperience in GMP environments: biomanufacturing experience is a plusProven training and documentation management skillsStrong coaching and team development abilitiesExcellent communication skills in French and EnglishCreative, solution-oriented, and proactiveAgile and flexible to handle urgent situations
