We are looking for a talented and motivated Bio Process Engineer Junior to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :
As a Bio Process Engineer, you will oversee process-oriented projects involving equipment and systems, integrating product, engineering, and automation components. You will handle complex investigations across these domains. This dual-role is crucial for executing key initiatives in our advanced biomanufacturing facility. Additionally, you will manage a team of Bio Process Engineers or ad hoc members to achieve objectives.
Your activities :
Lead projects related to processes and equipment, integrating product, engineering, and automation componentsDevelop detailed project plans (budgets, timelines, resources)Facilitate project kick-off meetings and guide teams throughout the processMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesServe as the primary liaison with internal teams and external suppliersInnovate and optimize existing solutionsInvestigate complex issues across product, engineering, and automation domains while ensuring quality standards are metManage the deviation process, including tracking and coordinating escalation proceduresConduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Interested ? For this position, you must have the following training, experience and skills :
Master’s degree in a technical or scientific fieldPrevious experience in at least two departments: engineering, automation, manufacturing operations, MSAT, etc.Project management skills (Prince2 certification or equivalent is an asset)Knowledge of automation systems (Delta V, Emerson)Fluent in French and English
