Job Overview: We are looking for a Medical Imaging Equipment & IT Support Technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing medical imaging devices such as CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-Ray systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience providing IT technical support for networked medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical imaging equipment (CT, MRI, X-Ray).Provide technical support to clinical staff, assisting with both hardware and software issues related to imaging equipment.Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of medical imaging systems within the facility's network.Assist with system updates, software patches, and network configurations for imaging equipment.Maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and IT-related support activities.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical imaging equipment repair and maintenance (CT, MRI, X-Ray).Background in IT technical support, including knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
