The successful candidate will:
Test electronic and mechanical equipmentPerform preventive maintenance inspectionsRepair or replace defective partsMaintain accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare settingDecision making capabilities to troubleshoot and repair medical devicesKnowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and basic networking theory1 year of experience in biomedical, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology settingScheduling flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment and/or equivalent of military BMET program and/or AAMI certified
