The Biomedical Technician is responsible for installation, electrical safety inspections, periodic maintenance, performance testing and major and minor repairs of medical equipment in assigned areas of the hospital, as well as external/retail clients. The Biomedical Technician operates sophisticated test equipment and instrumentation for inspections, performance tests, and periodic maintenance/repairs of medical equipment.

Required qualifications
Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology Or Coursework/Training and Electronics Technology, Military or Technical Training Or equivalent educ/experience Upon request: If position requires driving, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance per company policy will be required.Preferred qualifications:
