Job Title: Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled
Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient and quality-focused Senior Representative for Customer Service to join our team. This role involves working in an office setting to review scans and mark them according to surgical plans. The position will support anticipated growth with 8 openings on the 1st shift at our Weston site.

ResponsibilitiesEnter segmentation request data into the database.Review CT Scans for conformity to required protocol.Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty.Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.Essential SkillsProficiency in medical terminology.Strong science background.Proficiency in computer skills.Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.Experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS is preferred.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) is preferred.Certification in Nursing or related field is preferred.Completion of college-level anatomy course.Demonstrated customer service orientation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

This is an office-based role. You will work closely with a team to review and process medical scans. The position involves using specialized software and requires strict adherence to protocols and procedures. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.65 - $17.65/hr.
