The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for a motivated BioPharma Field Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Ireland who has experience with collaborating with large Pharmaceutical customers. In your role, you will manage your designated customers and ensure that our solutions match their business needs to the highest degree. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the continued health and growth of some of our biggest BioPharma customer relationships, and as such will be given the autonomy to use their own experience and initiative to determine an effective approach towards reaching our targets as a business.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, mostly remote working and at customer sites.
What we’re looking for:
Education: College level, ideally having studied a science or business subject however this is not essential.
Experience:
Proven Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience in a life sciences environment.Demonstrable experience building strong, profitable relationships with large customer accounts.Preferred qualifications:
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential to support you with the sustainability and progression of key internal and external stakeholder relationships.Sciences background is preferred.The desire to provide consistently high levels of customer service, feeling comfortable with autonomously handling complex queries and questions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly with Excel.Experience working with a CRM (e.g. SAP C4C or similar) would be an asset.How you will thrive and create an impact:
