テプミトコの市場での競合優位性を高めるための戦略の立案やオムニチャネルアプローチを含めた戦術の実行をサポートする。
Key Thought Leader（KTL）とのScientificなコミュニケーションを実施し、National Brand Advocator（NBA）の育成及び本社プランの推進を通じて、製品価値及び売上を最大化する
Major Responsibilities:
情報収集・分析を通じたマーケティング戦略・戦術の立案のサポート製品の価値最大化に向けたオムニチャネルアプローチの検討・実行関連法規、製薬協コード・オブ・プラクティス、プロモーションコード、販売情報提供活動ガイドライン等に則り、デジタルコンテンツを含めたプロモーション資材の作成やマーケティングイベントの企画・運営・サポート・効果検証を行うKTLの育成・評価・発掘、NBA育成を担うScientificなコミュニケーションを通じて私たち組織とKTLとの関係を構築し、疾患・製品メッセージの理解促進を行うKTLインサイトや市場動向の収集を行い、製品戦略の立案と推進に貢献するプロダクトマネージャー、営業、メディカル等の社内関係者、社外のビジネスパートナーとの良好な関係構築とコラボレーションを行うビジネス上の課題に対して、関係部署と連携し、適切な対策の立案と実行を担う
Required Skills and Qualifications:
四年制大学卒業および同等以上の資格（MBA資格があれば尚可）最低五年の医薬業界での業務経験（肺癌領域、コンパニオン診断薬を要する薬剤の経験があれば尚可）最低二年以上の固形がん領域の業務経験KTLの育成経験製薬業界でのマーケティングもしくはメディカル業務の経験があれば尚可コード・オブ・プラクティス、プロモーションコード、販売情報提供ガイドライン等、製薬業界の一般常識の理解職責に見合った意思決定や判断の能力複数の優先事項への対応と処理を行う能力コミュニケーションスキル、コラボレーションスキル（他部署、営業部員、顧客との円滑な業務）創造的発想、水平思考、論理的思考、ゴール思考PC（Microsoft Office, リモートワーク等）操作スキル、ITに関する知識プレゼンテーション資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションのスキル英語での記述、口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可
