**Biopharmaceutical Technical Writer** **Marietta, PA** **Pay:$78,000-$85,000 annual** Visa Sponsorship? Not offered Corp-to-Corp? Not eligible Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder **Duration:** 1 Year (potential for extension up to 18 months) **Location:** On-site, Monday to Friday, day shift (8 hours/day) **Job Purpose:** + Author, revise, and improve manufacturing documents (e.g., SOPs, batch records, checklists). + Act as a liaison between manufacturing groups and support departments to ensure accurate and compliant documentation. + Drive continuous improvement and standardization of controlled documents. + Coordinate changes for manufacturing projects. + Collaborate with Learning & Development to support effective training and competency. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Environmental Health & Safety:** Promote a safety-conscious culture and adhere to EHS regulations and industry practices. + **Quality & Compliance:** + Ensure documents meet quality and regulatory standards. + Manage document formatting, revisions, and change requests. + Oversee CAPA tasks related to GMP documentation. + Resolve document duplications and consolidate affected documents. + **Continuous Improvement:** + Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to enhance document usability. + Collaborate with Learning & Development and manufacturing teams to revise and create SOPs and GMP documents. + Ensure consistent terminology and language in documents. + **Accountability:** + Work with LSOP Process Owners to gather accurate content and communicate GMP documentation changes. + Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to eSOP. + Monitor document cycle times and escalate overdue tasks. + **Change Management:** Adapt to organizational changes and influence others to do the same. **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a scientific background preferred. + Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems. + Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Suite, Visio, and digital imaging. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Degree or specialized training in Technical Writing. + Experience with SAP and MES (e.g., eSOP, eBR, eChecklist). + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, Arris, and digital imaging. **Experience Required:** + Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing schedules. + Experience coordinating multi-document projects. + Strong communication, organizational, and team skills. + Experience in public speaking and presentation. + Proactive problem-solving and change management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
