Bioprocess Consultant

Description

We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to significantly impact our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tIdentify and reach out to potential clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors.

•\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

•\tPresent company's bioprocessing services in a clear, compelling manner.

•\tCollaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

•\tMaintain an organized CRM database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

•\tProvide regular updates on sales progress and client feedback to leadership.

Expectations and Milestones:

•\tFirst 30 Days: Identify and generate at least 15 qualified leads.

•\tFirst 60 Days: Convert at least 5 leads into signed contracts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tProven experience within the biomanufacturing industry, specifically fermentation and cell culture.

•\t5–10 years of experience in biomanufacturing.

•\tStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•\tSelf-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

•\tFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
