Bioprocessing Research Associate
Job Description Our of our large biopharmaceutical clients is seeking an Bioprocessing Research Associate to join their R&D organization within their bioprocessing team in King of Prussia, PA. This individual will be doing sample analysis, method development and optimization, instrument maintenance, data management and contributing to process improvements and innovation within the lab. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide technical support by demonstrating strong theoretical and fundamental knowledge, in addition to practical application, specifically chromatography, and downstream unit operations, in general. - Execute bench-scale applications experiments using AKTA and other bench-scale chromatography system. - Perform process screening and optimization experiments using a Tecan high-throughput system. - Analyze samples using HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, PCR, spectrophotometry and other appropriate analytical tools to determine product purity and non-product related impurity profile.
