Job Description
Sort and inventory research material, which may include, but is not limited to, wet tissues, blocks, slides, paper data, and/or temperature-sensitive material. Keep the Biorepository Coordinator informed of day-to-day progress, including irregularities, and deviations from the normal. This role handles animal specimens (tissues, blocks, microscope slides). Understanding the Standard Operating Procedures and equipment associated with duties is essential, as well as understanding the significance of Quality Control procedures and performing work accordingly.
