Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK:
Join our team as a Biospecimen and Clinical Trial Coordinator in the The Olayan Center for Cancer Vaccines . This position will play a crucial role in managing and executing projects that support our mission in cancer research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, developing plans that define deliverables and resources. Manage tasks to meet goals, provide updates to project leaders, and ensure timelines are met. Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and materials, and coordinate logistics.
• Serve as the main contact for project inquiries, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. Investigate issues, gather information, and resolve problems as needed, while identifying opportunities to enhance workflows.
• Organize and analyze project data, making recommendations based on findings. Ensure clarity in reporting and adhere to privacy standards. Draft and edit documents and presentations for dissemination.
• Lead onboarding for new staff, guiding them to ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines. Collaborate with project team members to foster accountability and drive project success.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range: $73,900.00-$114,400.00.
