Title: Biostatistician - Research

Facility: BayCare System Office (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting design, analysis and reporting of data, using the measurement systems and databases established and maintained by BayCare as well as external databases or datasets when appropriate, to assist in evaluating research projects throughout BayCare.Provides support to clinical projects across the full project lifecycle including confirming the study design and plan for analysis, as well as conducting the subsequent analysis, interpreting and providing a summarization of the results.Assists in maintaining data integrity within the various databases and reports any irregularities to the appropriate party.Enforce ethical consideration in trial programs, analyze and report findings for future research, and develop standards for data collection procedures.Assist with preparing to research activities including feasibility studies and prescreening.

Education

Required - Masters in Biostatistics, Public Health or a Related FieldPreferred - Doctoral

 

Experience

Required – 3 years Data Analysis in Healthcare or 3 years Health ResearchPreferred – 5 years Data Analysis in Healthcare or 5 years Health Research

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Work: Occasional
